Hazel Mae Coulter - Wagg, 68, of Muscatine, Iowa, died Sunday, May 2, 2004, at Cottage Hospital in Galesburg, Illinois. She was born January 12, 1936, at Enid, Oklahoma, the daughter of Charles and Trisha Franklin Klingenburg, her birth parents; and Guy and Ruth Klingenburg, her adoptive parents whom raised her. She married Ferrell Weatherman. She later married Kenneth Coulter. On April 14, 1981, she married Robert Wagg in Muscatine. She had worked for many years at Huttig Manufacturing in Mucsatine and retired from H.J. Heinz Company in Muscatine. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church in Monmouth, Illinois. She enjoyed crafts, crocheting, quilting, knitting and sewing. She had also been an avid guitar player through the years. She is survived by her husband, Robert Wagg of Monmouth, Illinois; two sons, Bob Weatherman of Muscatine and Bill Coulter and his wife Linda of Paw Paw, Michigan; four daughters, Jean Seefeldt and her husband Steve and Virginia Wagg, all of Muscatine, Laurie McArthur of New Boston, Illinois and Bobbie Wagg of Grandview; tweleve grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and one sister Vida Green of Pasadena, Texas.
