Richard Hoffman

Richard Joseph "Rick" Hoffman, 49, of Davenport, formerly of Muscatine, died Monday, January 23, 2006, in Davenport. He was born November 3, 1956, at Muscatine, the son of Richard J. Hoffman and Patricia A. Newton Hoffman Linder. He was a 1975 graduate of Muscatine High School. He had been married and divorced twice. He is survived by son Dustin J. Allison of Muscatine; daughters Jennifer A. Wade and her husband Bill of Conesville and Rachel Schmidt of Rockford, Ill.; sister Susan Levetzow and her husband Marvin of Dodgeville, Wisc.; his father Richard J. Hoffman and his wife Arleen of Okaboji; several aunts and uncles, three nephews, one niece and many close friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Pat, in 1996.
