Beth A. Jaco, 50, of Muscatine, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2019, at Unity Point Heath Systems - Trinity Rock Island.

Cremation rites will be accorded. Nichols Bewley Funeral and Cremation Services, Muscatine, is caring for Beth's family and arrangements.

She was born May 14, 1968, in Omaha, NE, the daughter of Jack Alvin and Ella M. Hummel Simmons. She married Jimmy D. Jaco on May 9, 1998, in Lone Tree, IA.

She had worked in the housekeeping department at Unity Point Health Systems - Trinity Muscatine.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory include her husband, Jimmy; her parents, Jack and Jan Simmons of Florida; one brother, Stuart Simmons; and one sister, Carol Simmons.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Jody Simmons and her sister, Becky Wingrove.
