Billy L. Todd

Billy L. Todd, 67, of Muscatine, passed away peacefully Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011, at his home.

He was born Nov. 5, 1944, at Coast Spring, MO., the son of Lawrence Harding and Anna Lavern Cole Todd. He married Susan J. Brown on July 1, 1972, in Muscatine.

He had served in the U.S. Army from 1965 to 1971. He retired from HON as a fork truck driver.

Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Susan; step-son, Floyd Payne, Jr. of Biloxi, MS.; brothers, Tommy and Harold of Muscatine, and Van of Vernon, MO.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Dorothy Saddoris.

Memorials may be made to the Billy Todd Memorial Fund.
