Bonnie Bauer

Bonnie Barbara Bauer, 94, of Muscatine, passed away Saturday, December 24, 2005, at Lutheran Homes. She was born March 28, 1911 in Illinois, the daughter of John and Lela Bennett. She spent her childhood in Illinois, her working years in Michigan, her retirement years in Florida, and came to Lutheran Homes in 1989. She enjoyed being active in their Activities Department. The family is appreciative of all the kindness shown to Bonnie. A special thanks to nurses and aides who went beyond the call of duty, to secret pals and for special gifts with no names. She is survived by one sister, Juanita Cory and her husband William of Davenport and several loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.
