Christopher Lee Rechenberger

Christopher L. Rechenberger, 39, of New Boston, IL, formerly of Letts, IA, passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at home in New Boston.

Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Monday, January 3, 2022, at Letts Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held beginning at 12:00 PM Saturday, January 15, at the American Legion Post No. 27 in Muscatine, IA. Nichols Bewely Funeral and Cremation Services is caring for Christopher's family and arrangements.

Christopher Lee Rechenberger was born June 30, 1982, in Iowa City, Iowa, the son of Charles Leroy and Cheryl Ruth Ford Rechenberger. He had attended L&M High School. He was previously employed by Tyson Foods.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory included his mother, Cheryl Rechenberger of Letts, IA; brother, Charles of Cranston, IA, his twin brother, Cheston (Katie) Rechenberger of Morning Sun, IA; sister, Chasity (Jason) Warnstaff of Oakville, IA; several nieces and nephews; and close family friends including Will Havel and Brandi Cole.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Leroy Rechenberger, Sr.; grandfather, Charles Rechenberger; grandmother, Evelyn Clayton; Grandmother, Ila May Starkweather; step-grandfather, Albert Starkweather; step-grandfather, Ralph "Bud" Clayton; and grandfather, George Ford.
