Clara O'Loughlin

Clara A. O'Loughlin, 79, of Muscatine, passed away Friday, September 13, 2013, at All American Care. Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Monday, September 16, 2013, at Island Cemetery. There will be no public visitation. Jeffrey S. Nichols Life Tribute Funeral and Memorial Services, Muscatine, is caring for the arrangements. She was born June 29, 1934, in Hannibal, MO, the daughter of Dewey Doak and Edith Mae Wade. She married Richard Joseph O'Loughlin November 4, 1962, in Muscatine. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Those left to honor her memory include several nieces and nephews and close friends.
