Connie D. Lough, 70, of Muscatine, passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017, at Unity Point Health - Trinity Bettendorf.
Per Connie's request, no public services are planned. Cremation rites are being facilitated by Nichols Life Tribute Funeral and Cremation Services, Muscatine.

She was born July 3, 1947, in Muscatine, the daughter of Ira Ernest and Loletia Verlee Hendrix Naber. She married William Coulter in 1965. They were divorced in 1969. She married Jim Lough in 1975. They were happily married until Jim passed away in August, 2013.
Connie managed the Muscatine Humane Society for seventeen years.
Her joys in life were her grandchildren, Frankie and Sheena Peterson, and great grandchildren, Korbyn and Kaeden.
Connie loved to cross-stitch angels, having done it for 30 years.
She is survived by one daughter, Sherri Lough Peterson and her significant other, Bryan of Muscatine; one brother, Dan Naber of Muscatine; and special companion, William Coulter; Sandra Lough Wiederholt of Plattesville, WI, whom she always called her daughter; five step-children; fifteen step-grandchildren; many step-great grandchildren; and her best friend in the world, Sharon Millage.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one brother, Phillip.
