Crystal Brewer

Crystal Dawn Brewer, 41, of Albemarle, North Carolina, went to be with her Lord on Monday, December 19, 2005, at Henrico Doctor's Hospital's Parham Campus in Richmond, Virginia. Crystal was born on November 30, 1964, in Muscatine, Iowa, the daughter of Ralph and Cindy Brewer. Crystal was a 1983 graduate of Louisa-Muscatine High School. She graduated with honors and was Salutatorian of her class. Crystal worked for the former Bethesda Nursing Home for three years, Four Star Pizza for two years, Goodwill Industries for two years, and T.A.S.S. for three months. Crystal enjoyed her family, photography, writing poetry, fishing, family outings and a good debate. She was devoted to her lifelong partner Stephanie Hunnycutt of Albemarle, North Carolina. Crystal was the mother of Ralph Brewer of Albemarle, North Carolina, Austin Wilhelm of Rock Island, Illinois, Connie Bryden and her husband Gregg of Muscatine and Lynsey Sedam and her husband Jeremy of Muscatine. She was also a mother to Alisha, Kevan and Michael Hunnycutt. Crystal has gone to be with her Lord in hopes to build a better place for us, she will never be forgotten and will live in many hearts everyday. Crystal will be deeply missed by her partner, Stephanie; six children, five grandchildren; her parents, Ralph and Cindy Brewer of New Boston; sisters Teresa Chatfield and her husband Jack, Lynlea Rochford and her hsuabnd Tom, Lori Borkhart and her husband Roger; brothers Larry Brewer and his wife Nikki, Randy Brewer and his wife Bobbie and Archie Brewer and his wife Summer, all of Muscatine; and 16 nieces and nephews.
