David W. Bewley, 52, of Colona, Illinois, formerly of Aledo, passed away Monday, June 9, 2014, due to injuries received in an accident in Muscatine, Iowa.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, June 13, at Bewley Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Aledo. Burial will be at Aledo Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 12, at the funeral home.

He was born June 2, 1962, in Aledo, the son of Daryl and Mary Kimball Bewley. He married Rhonda Abel on Oct. 20, 2012, in Colona.
He worked for Heuer Construction in Muscatine. He enjoyed hunting and loved spending time with his kids and grandkids.
Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Rhonda, Colona; sons, Aaron Bewley and Bryce (Jesse) Bewley, both of Davenport, and Brock Bewley, Joy; two grandchildren, Blaine and Blake Bewley; his parents, Daryl and Mary Bewley, Aledo; and one brother, Doug Bewley, Aledo.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and uncles.
