Elsie E. Rudd, 85, of Aledo, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2015, at Aledo Rehabilitation and Health Center.
Private family graveside services will be held. Burial will be in Peniel Cemetery.
Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday, July 16, at Bewley Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Aledo.

She was born May 1, 1930, in Chattanooga, TN, the daughter of Arch E. and Vivian Mahurin Kathy. She married Billy Ray Rudd on November 5, 1952, in Mt. Pleasant, IA. She was a homemaker.
Those left to honor her memory include her son, Billy Rudd of Aledo; daughters, Julie (James) Aldridge of Mulberry, FL and Rebecca Hilliker of Bradley, IL; grandchildren, Adam Lee of California and Jackie Wiatroliks, Kankakee, IL; three great grandchildren; one brother, Albert Kathy of TN; and one step-son, Danny Ray Rudd of Ocala, FL.
He was preceded in death by her parents, husband, granddaughter Carrie Hilliker and step-daughter, Beverly Jean Franks.
