Harold E. McNeil, 91, of Aledo, passed away Saturday, January 3, 2015, at All American Care in Muscatine, Ia.
Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 8, at Bewley Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Aledo.
Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.

He was born September 11, 1923, the son of William and Elzada Malott McNeil. He married Gloria Margaret Glidden on July 25, 1948, in Aledo.
He was a United States Army veteran having served during World War II. He was an automotive mechanic prior to retirement.
He loved his family and taking care of his dog, Katie.
Those left to honor his memory include son, William Lee (Pat) McNeil of Colorado; daughters, Mary (Abdul) Kaplan of Louisiana, Kimberly (Michael) Rogstad of Iowa and Kristy Walters of Iowa; ten grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Gloria, in 2011, one brother, Ernie and sisters Evelyn and Leila.
