Harold Ottoson

Harold F. “Butch” Ottoson, 72, of Aledo, passed away Monday, August 31, 2015, at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf, Ia.

Memorial Services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 3, at Bewley Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Aledo.

He was born August 25, 1943, the son of Frank C. and Ada P. Lafferty Ottoson. He married Linda Diane Markley on February 7, 1966.

He owned S&O Construction, Inc. for 30 years. He had also farmed the family ground with his father.

Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Linda; one son, Bradley (Janean) Ottoson of Alexis; one brothers, Charles “Bud” (Margaret) Ottoson of Williamsburg, Virg.; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Louise Anderson.
