Ivan L. Tompkins, 59, of Davenport, passed away August 7, 2016, at his home.
Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 29, 2016, at New Boston Cemetery. Bewley Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Aledo, is caring for the arrangements.

He was born October 16,1956, in Canton, IL, the son of Albert Jackson and Ella Louise Crouse Tompkins, Jr.
He was a farmhand prior to retirement.
Those left to honor his memory include one brother, Donald William Tompkins of West Columbia, TX; and two sisters, Sandra Hungerford of Freeport, TX and Connie Tompkins of McHenry, Maryland.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
