Joseph A. Smyser, 58, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2023, at Aledo Rehabilitation and Health Center.

Joseph Allen Smyser was born February 18, 1965, in Davenport, IA, the son of William Smyser and Mary Jones Smyser.
He had been self-employed as a mason in the Quad Cities area.
