Lori Jean Rick

Lori Jean Rick, 46, of Muscatine, died early Friday, October 14, 2005, at Lutheran Homes following a long courageous battle with cancer.
She was born August 31, 1959, at Muscatine, the daughter of Morris Lee and Darlene Mae Staats Longcor.
She was a graduate of L&M High School.
She had worked as a certified nurses aide at various nursing homes and care facilities in Muscatine and Billings, Montana.
She loved to shop, play bingo and spend time with her family, especially the grandkids.
She is survived by daughters and their husbands, Jody A. and Kelly Nightengale of Newton, Kansas, Jill A. and Tyler Tompkins, and Jennifer and John Crump, all of Muscatine; six grandchildren, Brandon, Holly, Madison, Tristan, Connor and Perrance; three brothers, Michael Hill and wife Susie of Perris, Calif., Mitchell Longcor and James McBride and wife Eva, all of Muscatine; seven sisters, Linda Simpson and husband Louis; Sherry Franklin, Yvonne Orr, Debra Berger and husband Steve, Delma Young and husband Jimmy, all of Muscatine, Marcia Mullikin and husband Kevin Birkhoffer of New Hall, Ia. and Darla Doty and husband Scott of Tipton, Ia.; and a special friend, Neil.
She was preceded in death by her parents, maternal and paternal grandparents.
