Marlon Eugene Hinkhouse, 48, of Muscatine, died Saturday, March 25, 2006, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. He was born October 24, 1957, at Iowa City, the son of Hilbert E. and Shirley L. Goddard Hinkhouse. He married Shellie R. Peters in Muscatine. They were later divorced. He was a maintenance man for Louisa Courts. He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and the N. R. A. He enjoyed gardening. He loved nature and caring for his cats. He was very skillful with his hands including building and working on cars. He was a kind and gentle person and was loved by many. He is survived by his daughter, Wynter Saville and husband Andy of Muscatine; his parents, Hilbert and Shirley Hinkhouse of Muscatine; brothers, Mark Hinkhouse and Marvin Hinkhouse both of Muscatine; three sisters Vonde Ludke and husband Randy, Gail Gaeta and husband John and Joy Quigley and husband Mitchell, all of Muscatine; several grandchildren and a good friend Michelle.
