Marvin Stolley

Marvin R. Stolley, 79, of Wapello, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017, at his home.

Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, October 7, at New Hope United Methodist Church in Muscatine. Cremation rites will follow facilitated by Nichols Life Tribute Funeral and Cremation Services, Muscatine.

Marvin was born April 14, 1938, the son of Carl and Louise Barnes Stolley. He married Nancy L. Roland on April 20, 1963, in Muscatine.

He was a veteran of the Iowa National Guard and had worked as a mechanic at Monsanto prior to his retirement.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory include his wife Nancy; sons, Greg Stolley and Doug Stolley, both of Wapello; three granddaughters, Elizabeth Stolley and Maggie Stolley both of Muscatine and Heidi Stolley of Iowa City.
