Michael Dale

Michael V. Dale, 61, of New Boston, passed away Monday, August 13, 2018, at his home.

Services will be announced at a later date. Bewley Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Aledo, is caring for Michael’s family and arrangements.

He was born July 21, 1957, in Belvidere, IL, the son of Vernon G. and Marge C. Inman Dale. He married Joanne C. Lilly October 6, 1978, in Burlington, IA.

He was a truck driver for General Grind and Machine.

He enjoyed riding his Harley, watching sports, especially the Steelers and Cubs, and drinking PBR while listening to music. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandkids.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory include his wife, Joanne; sons, Jason (Samantha) Dale of Aledo and Tim (Ashley) Dale of New Boston; grandchildren, Trevor Dale, Carter Dale, Kaylee Dale all of New Boston and Tanner Dale, Trenton Dale and T.J. Dale all of Aledo; his father and step-mother, Vernon G. and Helen Dale of Aledo; brother, Sean Dale of Aledo; sisters, Ginger (Terry) Jameson of New Boston and Mickey (Doug) Ferguson of New Boston; brother-in-law, Barry Nelson of New Boston; and sister-in-law, Terri Dale of New Boston.

He was preceded in death by his mother, two brothers, Pat Dale and Tom Dale and one sister, Linda Nelson.
