Perry D. Atkins, 58, of Muscatine, formerly of Florida, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2014, at home.
Per his wishes, there will be no public visitation or services. Nichols Life Tribute Funeral and Memorial Services, Muscatine, is caring for the arrangements.

He was born August 8, 1955, in Muscatine, Iowa, the son of Charles R. and Janice M. Reed Atkins.
He was had been a truck driver for many years and enjoyed riding motorcycles in his free time.
Those left to honor his memory include one brother, Charles R. Atkins, Jr. of Muscatine; and two sisters, Lorana Spitznogle of Muscatine and Angie McClanahan of Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister in infancy.
