Raymond Linder, 70, of Muscatine, died late Thursday, February 26, 2004, at home. He was born May 16, 1933, at Mercer County, Illinois, the son of Clarence and Mildred Linder. Ray was married to Beverly Beverlin in 1958 and later to Pat Linder. He served as an aircraft mechanic in the United States AIr Force during the Korean Conflict. He was employed at Alcoa Company and Pioneer Seed Company of Durant. He was a member of the V.F.W. adn the Royal Order of the Moose. He was an avid pool player and enjoyed playing the Iowa Scratch Lottery, and his friends at the Clark House. Survivors include one brother, Kenneth Linder and wife Marlene; one niece Valerie Moeller and husband Don of Durant, two nephews, Charles Linder and wife Debra of Flora, Illinois and Kenneth Linder and wife Sherry of Moscow; seven great-nieces and nephews; one uncle, Rupert Linder of Keithsburg, and two aunts, Martha Linder of Milan, Illinois and Cora Miller and husband Robert of Walcott.
