Susan Cornwell, of Aledo, formerly of Lomax, IL, passed away Friday, January 28, 2022, at Aledo Rehabilitation and Health in Aledo.

Susan was born November 17, 1938, in Washington, IA, the daughter of Everett and Mae Crandall Fehlberg. She married Everett Dale Cornwell on June 30, 1957, in Burlington, IA. She was a graduate of ASU and worked for many years as a hospice care provider. She loved to read, travel and go camping.
Those left to honor and cherish her memory include her husband, Dale; sons, Michael and Matthew; daughter, Debra Wright; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; brother, Bill Frijman of North Liberty, IA; and sister, Linda Hamson of Boise, ID.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
