Compare Area Cremation & Funeral Prices

We surveyed funeral homes in our area and found that families who choose Nichols Bewley save hundreds, even thousands of dollars.

In January 2026, pricing surveys were conducted of area funeral homes. In order to compare 'apples-to-apples', prices were requested for both direct cremation and traditional burial services utilizing individual line items from each funeral home's General Price List. The prices shown do not include a casket, burial vault, urn, memorial stationery or third party charges. Providers may change their prices without notice and may offer discounts when you purchase specific merchandise, package discounts, or savings when you pay within specific payment terms. The prices shown are accurate as of the date of the survey.

Also note that some area funeral homes offer caskets imported from China without disclosure on their price list. Nichols Bewley Funeral Home and Cremation Services offers caskets manufactured by Batesville Casket Company.
